Who We Are

The Amplify Care Central Deployment Team supports digital health initiatives across the Ontario Health Central region of the province.  Currently, the team supports the deployment of eReferral in alignment with the Mental Health & Addictions Coordinated Access initiative across Central, Central West, Mississauga Halton, and North Simcoe Muskoka more broadly.
