Ontario eReferral Deployment Teams
To accelerate eReferral rollout across the province, eReferral deployment is supported by Ontario Health. Amplify Care deploys eReferral on behalf of Ontario Health, in OH-West and OH-Central.
Deployment Teams:
- OH-East Region: South East, Central East, and Champlain
- OH-North Region: North East and North West
- OH-Toronto Region: Toronto Central
- OH-West: Waterloo Wellington, South West, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant, Erie St. Clair
- OH-Central: Central, Central West, Mississauga Halton, and North Simcoe Muskoka
