Who We Are

The Amplify Care West Deployment Team supports digital health initiatives across the Ontario Health West region of the province.  Currently, the team supports deployment of eConsult in South West and Waterloo Wellington, and eReferral across Erie St. Clair, South West, Waterloo Wellington, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant.
