Amplify Care’s In-Person Town Hall on AI, Engagement, and the Power of Conversations
This month, the Amplify Care team came together for an energizing in-person town hall — a day filled with meaningful discussions, collaboration, and connection.
As a team that’s helping shape the future of healthcare, we took this opportunity to reflect on where we are, where we’re heading, and how we can continue to thrive together in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
Exploring What’s Next in AI and Healthcare
The day began with thought-provoking discussions around AI and its growing role in healthcare. We explored what’s on the horizon — from improving patient outcomes and streamlining care coordination to supporting clinicians and care teams in their daily work. It was an inspiring reminder that innovation isn’t just about technology — it’s about how we use it to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Honest Conversations About Balance and Engagement
Another key theme of the day was employee engagement and well-being. We had open, honest conversations about how we can maintain a healthy work/life balance while continuing to deliver exceptional care and innovation. These conversations underscored our shared commitment to creating a culture where everyone feels supported, heard, and energized to do their best work.
A Workshop on “The Power of Conversation” with Juice
We were also fortunate to welcome Kris MacQueen, Leadership Facilitator & Content Designer from Juice, for an engaging workshop on “The Power of Conversation.”
Juice specializes in employee engagement training that helps organizations energize their people and fuel high performance. Their philosophy is simple but powerful: energy is what powers the passion, innovation, and resilience that drive great results — and deliver the fulfilling work experiences employees need.
Based on the book “Juice – The Power of Conversation,” the workshop helped our team explore how effective communication acts as the core operating system of any successful organization. Through hands-on learning and real-world application, Kris guided us in developing the skills to make every conversation matter.
Learning Highlights:
- Maximize influence by balancing directness and inquiry.
- Identify key issues by listening for what truly matters.
- Give feedback effectively without triggering defensiveness.
- Navigate tension-filled moments with confidence and empathy.
The training reminded us that great conversations don’t just exchange information — they build trust, unlock creativity, and drive results.
Moving Forward Together
Our town hall was more than just a meeting but rather, it was a meaningful moment to reconnect, refocus, and recharge. As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue building on what we learned, using the power of technology, conversation, and human connection to create a brighter future for healthcare.
At Amplify Care, the best ideas happen when we come together — and this town hall was a powerful example of just that.
