Information regarding the organization’s privacy policies and practices must be readily available to individuals.
Give individuals access
Individuals have the right to request access to their personal information, challenge its accuracy, and have it amended as necessary.
Provide recourse
An individual must be able to challenge compliance with the privacy principles to the designated accountable individual(s).

Document and report any incidents where personal information may have been compromised, lost, or accessed without authorization. With this information, we will investigate and address any issues in compliance with privacy regulations.
